Fields of Activity

Logistics and industry are big words that describe a wide variety of buildings. Some are classic distribution centers—what we call logistics. Others include factories, workshops, craft spaces, and innovative production platforms for high-tech companies.
What’s fascinating about all these structures is that they are part of a much larger chain of local and/or global production and distribution. Each of them has its own story, and we’ve had the privilege of initiating them.

Data centers are an incredible intersection between high-tech and low-tech. These facilities are essentially hotels for computers, where our data is stored. A smart concrete box with immense electrical connections, housing a sensitive and sophisticated high-tech factory inside.

We have a deep affection for industrial zones, but we also have an immense passion for city centers—the places where everything happens, where colorful, bustling, and exciting daily life unfolds as people live and work.
Employment is one of the fields that challenges us the most. What is the right ecosystem for this place? What does the future of office work look like? What is the ideal mix of commercial spaces?
